Óscar is a Professor of Administrative Law at P. Universidad Católica de Chile, where he obtained his law degree. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2020).

Mr. Contreras Pomés focuses his practice on dispute resolution, with special emphasis on conflicts related to Public and Regulatory Law. In this way, he handles various lawsuits and prepares legal reports for different national and foreign clients, specializing in administrative-contentious matters and commercial arbitration.
