Pablo Pardo has been a lawyer for Contreras Velozo since 2018 and focuses his practice on dispute settlement, with special emphasis on conflicts related to antitrust and economic regulation. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners, Global Competition Review and Who’s Who Legal as a leading lawyer in this area.

On antitrust, he has represented and advised Chilean and foreign companies, as well as State’s agencies, in a large number of investigations conducted by the National Economic Prosecutor’s office (FNE) and trials before the Antitrust Court (TDLC). He also has extensive experience advising companies on concentration operations.

He constantly issues legal opinions and reports related to economic regulation, at the request of companies that participate in diverse industries, as well as by governmental entities.

He is currently professor of civil law at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, which consolidates his active practice as a litigant in compensation proceedings due to from anticompetitive illicit acts and infringements of sectoral regulations.
